玉米蜂花粉多糖对小白鼠免疫功能影响

摘　　要：从玉米蜂花粉提取的多糖ＰＰＭ为白色易溶于水的粉末，实验证实ＰＰＭ在剂量为５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重时，能够促进小白鼠接触性皮炎反应，提高腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数及小白鼠血清溶血素的含量，ＰＰＭ的促进作用有最适剂量存在，ＰＰＭ对Ｓ－１８０实体瘤具有良好的防治效果，能有效地抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，但没有杀伤作用．The polysaccharide(PPM)produced from the pollen of Maize Bee is a kind of white powder and it is water soluble.It was found that PPM can increase the contact dermatitis reaction, enhance the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of the ascitic macrophages of the mouse engulfing the chicken red blood cell and raise the content of haemolysin in its body.The optimal dosage was 50 mg/kg body weight.PPM can inhibited the proliferation of Sarcoma 180 cells.The effect of protection was very significant.But it does not have the effect of killing and wounding.
