摘  要:目的:研究得出一种简便易行的促进远志种子萌发的方法。方法:药剂处理为用6-BA、H2O2、KMnO4、H2O和GA3对远志种子进行浸泡处理,低温冷冻处理为将远志种子放置冰箱冷冻(-6^-10℃),冷冻时间分别为1,3,5,7,9 d。结果:不同药剂处理对当年收远志种子萌发的启动日影响不大,高峰有不同程度的提前,其中以H2O处理的种子萌发高峰出现的最早,种子的萌发率以1.0 m.gL-16-BA为最高;但隔年远志种子,其启动日、高峰日和发芽率并没有明显变化,发芽率均低于25%。不同冷冻时间处理的当年采收种子,萌发的启动日没有明显变化,其发芽率较对照均有提高,但促进作用不大,冷冻3 d的效果最好,与对照相比,种子萌发的高峰日提前2 d,萌发率高8%;而隔年采收种子,萌发的启动日、高峰日和萌发率均明显好于对照,但其萌发率仍远远低于当年采收的种子。Objective: Derived a simple and convenient way to promote seed germination of Polygala. Methods: 6-BA, H2O2, KMnO4, H2O and GA3 were used as chemical treatment to soak Polygala seed, Freezing treatment on the seeds are placed in refrigerator ( - 6 - 10℃ ), freezing time was 1,3,5,7,9d, respectively. Results: The influence of different treatment on new seed germination initiation date is weak, the climax date were brought forward with different level, which seed by H2O treatment is the earliest, the best effect of germination rate is treatment by 1.0mg·L^-1 6-BA. Little difference were showen in the initiation date, climax date, germination rate of old seed under the treatments, and germination rate is all below 25 percent. The treatment on germination of new seed were weak, the effect of three days freezing freezing treatment was the best , the climax date were brought forward two days, and the germination rate was 8 percent higher. The initiation date, climax date, germination rate of old seed were promoted compared with the control, but the germination rate is still much lower than that of new seed.
