摘 要:目的:分析新疆阿魏种子的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等技术分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从新疆阿魏种子中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为豆甾醇(1),豆甾醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷(2),柯拉多宁(3)(colladonin),Sinkianone(4),阿魏酸(5),7-羟基香豆素(6)。结论:化合物1、2、3、5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: The chemical constituents from the seeds of Ferula sinkiangensis were studied. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatographies and their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties as well as spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the seeds of F. sinkiangensis and their structures were elucidated as stigmasterol ( 1 ), stigmasterol-3 -O-glucoside ( 2 ), colladonin ( 3 ), siknianone (4), ferulic acid ( 5 ), 7 -hydroxycoumarin ( 6 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,3,5,6 were isolated from the seeds of F. sinkiangensis for the first time .
