摘　　要：提出一种适合于生产流通型企业的物流资源计划，即ＬＲＰ．其实质是把ＭＲＰ和ＤＲＰ结合起来应用，在生产厂系统内部实行ＭＲＰ，在生产厂外部实行ＤＲＰ，它最显著的特点是在计划时考虑了物流的因素，把物流作为联系二者的纽带．因此它是一种联系产、供、销，既适时适量保障相互之间物资供应又使总费用最省的物流资源计划方法．Logistic Resources Planning (LRP), a material resource planning method which is suitable for production circulation enterprises is presented. It connects producing, supplying and selling, and ensures material supplying and demand each other, thus not only to be suitable in time and quantity, but also the most economical in total cost. The principle of LRP and its application is discussed.
