摘  要:目的研究艾硕特抗菌露(Esawt Microbicide Gel,EMG)与两种纳米银抗菌产品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌的杀菌性能,以评估各种产品的抗菌活性。方法采用载体定量杀菌法,分别测试三个产品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌在不同作用时间点的杀菌作用;采用Wilks’λ检验,分析三组不同时点多次实验观察获得的杀菌率。结果按GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》的杀菌评价标准,艾硕特抗菌露对三种试验菌的杀菌率均>90%,说明该产品对这三种试验菌有较好的杀菌作用。而两种纳米银抗菌凝胶均对三种试验菌无杀菌作用。结论试验表明,艾硕特抗菌露对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌有优良杀菌效果,而纳米银抗菌凝胶Ⅰ、纳米银抗菌凝胶Ⅱ均无杀菌效果,且在4个作用时间点上,艾硕特抗菌露对三种试验菌的杀菌效果均优于两种纳米银抗菌产品。在实际选用产品时应充分考虑产品的抗菌活性,以免延误治疗时机。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of Esawt microbicide Gel(EMG) and nano-silver gel on Escherichia coli,Staphyloccocus aureus and Candida Albicans.Method Carrier quantitative germicidal tests were utilized.E.coli,S.aureus and C.Albicans were treated for 2,5,10,20 minutes with three testing products along with controls.Wilks'λ test was employed to analyze the multiple data of the three products at each time point to compare the differences of their germicidal rate.Results According to GB15979-2002,Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sanitary Products,all the germacidal rates of EMG were more than 90%,EMG had excellent germicidal effect for the three strains tested.Both nano-silver gels had no germicidal effect on three testing strains.EMG had better germicidal effect on three testing strains than two nano-silver Gels at each time point.Conclusion EMG is effective and nano-silver gels is not effective on E.coli,S.aureus and C.Albicans.
