摘　　要：目的探讨肠镜检查前三种肠道清洁方法的效果分析。方法纳入360例接受肠镜检查的患者,随机分为3组,每组120例,分为A组番泻叶组,B组甘露醇组;C组复方聚乙二醇电解质散组,进行对照临床研究,比较肠道清洁程度及记录不良反应事件的发生。结果 A组肠道清洁效果明显差于B、C组;B、C组不良反应、起效时间、方便程度明显优于A组;C组安全性、方便性明显优于A、B组。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散是用于结肠镜肠道清洁准备的安全有效药物,具有安全、快捷、方便等特点,值得临床广泛推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of current colonoscopy bowel cleansing methods.Methods 360 patients received colonoscopy were randomly divided into three groups,including A group treated with senna,B group treated with mannitol and C group treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.The degree of bowel cleansing and adverse events were observed.Results The effect of intestinal cleaning in A group was significant difference from that in B and C group.The adverse reaction,convenience and onset time in B and C group was better than that in A group.Conclusion The combination of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder shows safe and effective in colonoscopy bowel cleansing preparation.
