摘　　要：目的探讨面中份陈旧性骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法对63例面中份陈旧性骨折患者,根据不同的骨折类型,采用不同的手术入路进行治疗。结果大多数患者获得了较大程度的外型和功能的改善,无严重并发症出现。结论对面中份陈旧性骨折选择恰当的治疗方法,能恢复患者面中部功能及外形。Objective To analyze the treatment method and effect on old midfacial multiple fractures.Methods 63 patients with old midfacial multiple fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Results Most of the patients got satisfied face and functional results after operation without severe complications.Conclusion Appropriate treatment could result in morphological and functional recovery of old midfacial multiple fractures.
