普伐他汀致皮疹一例

摘　　要：本文报道了一例50岁女性患者,因脑梗死、高脂血症口服普伐他汀20 mg,合并服用阿司匹林100 mg,1次/d。半年后发现右腰部及双下肢瘙痒,出现白色散在小水疱。2个月后就诊,停普伐他汀,改用普罗布考500 mg,2次/d,1个月后好转。A 50-year-old woman took pravastatin 20 mg and aspirin 100 mg once daily for cerebral infarct and hyperlipidemia.Half a year later,the patient developed eruption with pruritus on her right lumbus and bilateral lower limbs.Pravastatin was replaced by probucol 500 mg two times daily when she visited clinic after 2 months.Her symptoms relieved one month later.
