摘　　要：在现代世俗社会中,宗教以神圣的方式维系世界,实现其社会控制功能。佛教一贯秉持"出世不离入世"的原则,其社会控制表现出强烈的人本精神、内化理念和包容意识。在当代中国,人间佛教通过有效的社会控制,在社会伦理、群体整合、个人心理等层面产生了广泛的影响,佛教伦理渗透到信众的日常生活中,在社会道德建设和人际关系和谐方面也发挥了积极的作用。In contemporary secular society,religion maintains the world in a sacred way in order to implement its social control function.The Buddhism sticks to the principle of ＂to transcend,but not to leave＂ and its social control manifests a strong spirit of human-orientation,internalization idea and consciousness of tolerance.In contemporary China,the Buddhism has extensive effect on social ethics,community integration and individual psychology by its social control.The Buddhism ethics penetrates in its believers＇ daily life and play a positive role in social moral construction and interpersonal relations.
