摘  要:研究了胆绿素溶液及经过热处理和添加H2O2、Zn(2+)或表面活性剂等之后的荧光变化,发现上述处理均使胆绿素溶液的荧光强度增大,荧光增强程度因处理方法不同而异;进一步对胆绿素的碱性水溶液的不同处理方法即热处理、热处理并加Zn(2+)、热处理后加Zn(2+)再加表面活性剂等进行时间扫描荧光动力学研究,获得了上述不同处理形式的胆绿素溶液的荧光强度随时间变化的规律:新配制胆绿素碱溶液经热处理、热处理后加Zn(2+)及热处理后加Zn(2+)再加处理后,其荧光强度具有较长的稳定时间;而新配制的胆绿素碱溶液加Zn(2+)及加H2O2后其荧光强度不稳定.Fluorescent features of biliverdin were studied in several media under different conditions,especially in aqueous alkaline solution. The fluorescent intensity increases with lighting, heating treatment and adding Of Zn2+, H2O2 or surface active agents, and the effects of heating treatment and addingOf Zn2+ are stronger. The fluorescent stabilities were also investigated by fluorescent kinetics of time scanning. Results showed that the solution of biliverdin gave more intense and stable fluorescent signal after heating treatment, heating treatment and adding of Zn2+, heating treatment and adding Of Zn2+ andCTAB, but the solution of biliverdin gave unstable fluorescent signal after adding of Zn2+ or H2O2. Thisis very significant to establish a new fluorimetry and to study the mechanism of transformation ofbiliverdin.
