摘 要:公伯峡水电站进水口坝段基础(1 961.00 m高程)上下游相对垂直位移偏大,并有趋势性;坝段整体持续向下游位移,且有趋势性增长。这些问题是否会影响到进水口坝段的安全运行,是工程十分关注的问题,也是水电站大坝安全运行重点关注的问题。为了准确的掌握进水口坝段的运行状态,在对监测系统进行评估的基础上,经过对公伯峡水电站进水口坝段变形观测资料以及对公伯峡地区气候、气象资料的分析,初步得出结论:水库蓄水的前3年,是进水口坝段基础(1 961.00 m高程)上下游相对垂直位移和顺流向水平位移趋势性增大较快的时段;也是进水口坝段垂直位移和水平位移年变化量值较大的时段。2006年以后上述位移的年变化量逐年递减,但是此位移的趋势性依然存在。There exists great relative vertical displacement of the upstream and downstream of the intake dam section foundation (EL. 1961.00m) of Gongboxia~ dam, and there is a trend of growth. The section continuously moves toward downstream, and also there is a trend of growth. It is an engineering problem of great concern whether these issues will affect the safe operation of the intake dam section. In order to accurately grasp the operational status of the intake dam, the monitoring system of Gongboxia dam was evaluated, and deformation observation data and the climate of Gongboxia dam, meteorological data were analyzed, and preliminary conclusions were obtained. In the first 3 years of water storage, the relative vertical and flow of horizontal displacement of the upstream and downstream of the intake dam (EL. 1961.00m) increased faster; the level of vertical and horizontal displacement changes larger. After 2006, the annual variation of the displacement gradually decline, but the trend of growth remains.
