摘 要:以采用高压旋喷桩加固处理某隧道工程施工过程中遇到的填充性岩溶地质问题为例,详细介绍了高压旋喷桩加固软基方法,包括桩的平面布置、水泥浆配制、注浆量及注浆压力、施工工艺、复合地基强度计算和室内试验与现场检测效果评价等。指出采用高压旋喷桩复合地基处理填充性溶洞可操作性强,加固效果及经济性良好,可为类似工程的地基处理提供借鉴。Filling of the karst geological problems which meets in some tunneling construction process, uses the high pressure jet grouting pile composite foundation to carry on reinforcement processing is the example, the high pressure jet grouting pile to reinforce the soft foundation method was introduced in details, including pile plane layout, cement mortar disposition, the volume of slurry injection, the pressure of slurry injection, construction craft, composite foundation strength calculation, laboratory test and scene examination effect appraisal and so on. Pointing out that using high pressure jet grouting pile composite foundation treatment large filling karst cave treatment feasibility, the reinforcement effect and the economy are good, may provide for the similar project ground treatment processing for reference.
