摘　　要：通过对大量切削数据进行分析研究,利用SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统建立了金属切削数据库,以V C++6.0为开发工具,开发了一个通用切削数据库管理系统,使用该数据库系统,可快速获取金属切削所需的各项切削参数,提高切削效率和加工质量,降低加工成本,也为进一步与CAPP/CAM集成打下了基础。Aiming at the analysis of the massive cutting data, it establishes the metal cutting database with SQL Server 2000 database management system, develops an general cutting database management system based on Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0. This system can fast gain each cutting parameter which the metal cutting needs,enhance the cutting efficiency and the processing quality, reduce the processing cost. The method builds the foundation with the CAPP/CAM integration.
