摘 要:目的研究黄药子配伍甘草对黄药子所致实验小鼠肝损害的影响。方法将90只清洁级昆明种小鼠分为黄药子高剂量组、黄药子低剂量组、黄药子甘草(2:1)配伍组、黄药子甘草(1∶1)配伍组、黄药子甘草(1∶2)配伍组和对照组。所有试验组分别给药30 d后,观察和比较各组小鼠的生理、生化和病理指标。结果黄药子高、低剂量给药组小鼠出现肝损害,小鼠肝脏指数以及血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBiL)均较对照组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同甘草比例配伍能减轻黄药子所致的实验小鼠肝脏指数、ALT、AST升高,与黄药子高剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能改善实验小鼠的肝脏组织病变。结论黄药子对肝脏的损害属于对肝细胞的直接毒性作用;甘草能明显减轻黄药子造成的肝损害,黄药子甘草1∶2的配伍比例效果较好。Objective To study the impacts of the combination of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae with radix glycyrrhiza on experimental mouse hepatic damage induced by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae.Methods 90 clean-class Kunming mice were divided into high-dose rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae group,low-dose rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae group,the combination of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and radix glycyrrhiza(2∶1)group,the combination of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and radix glycyrrhiza(1∶1)group,the combination of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and radix glycyrrhiza(1∶2)group and control group.In all of the trial groups,after medication for 30 days separately,the indexes of physiology,physiochemistry and pathology of mice were observed and compared among groups.Results In high-dose and low-dose rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae groups,after medication,hepatic damage happened in mice.Hepatic indexes,serum ALT,AST,ALP and TBil of mice all increased as compared with control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The combination of radix glycyrrhiza at different ratios reduced the increase of hepatic indexes,ALT and AST in experimental mice induced by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae.Compared with high-dose rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae group,the statistical significant differences were obtained(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)and the hepatic tissue disorders in experimental mice were relieved.Conclusion Hepatic damage induced by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae brings direct toxicity to hepatic cell.Radix glycyrrhiza can alleviate obviously hepatic damage induced by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and the combination of rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and radix glycyrrhiza at the ratio of 1∶2 achieves the better efficacy on it.
