摘  要:目的:均匀设计优选黄连紫草膏中黄连、黄柏、当归的水提取工艺。方法:黄连、黄柏、当归采用水回流提取的方法,以盐酸小檗碱含量和干膏得率为指标,考察加水倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对提取工艺的影响,最终确定黄连、黄柏、当归的最佳水提工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺为:8倍量的水,浸泡30min,提取60min,提取次数为3次。结论:试验所得结果可为黄连黄柏当归提取工艺的确定和黄连紫草膏的剂型改革提供依据。Objective:Optimization of water extraction process of rhizoma coptidis,cortex phellodendri and angelica was performed by uniform design.Method:Rhizoma coptidis,cortex phellodendri and angelica were extrac-ted with water by reflux.The content of berberine hydrochloride and dry paste were used as index to inspect the in-fluence of water multiple added,immersion time,extraction time and extraction numbers on extraction process,to de-termine the optimal water extraction technology.Result:The best water extraction technology was as follows:8 times of water,soaking 30 min,extracted for 60 min and extraction three times.Conclusion:The results can provide the basis for determination of water extraction process and the reform of dosage-form.
