摘 要:目的:采用GC-MS方法对马兜铃蜜制前后挥发油进行化学成分的定性定量分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从马兜铃饮片中提取挥发油,用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量,并用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果:从马兜铃生品及蜜制品中共鉴定出133个化合物,占挥发油总成分的90%以上。马兜铃蜜制后有新化合物产生,并且总化合物数量减少,同时有部分化合物经炮制后含量发生变化。结论:此方法稳定可靠,重复性好,GC-MS联用适用于马兜铃挥发油的化学成分分析,为马兜铃饮片质量评价提供了一定的科学依据。Objective:To analyze the chemical compounds of the volatile oil in pre-and past-honey pro-cessed Aristolochia contorta by GC-MS.Method:The volatile oil was obtained from A.contorta by steam distillation.The amount of the compounds from the volatile oil was determined by area normalization method.The separated com-pounds were identified by GC-MS.Result:One hundred and thirty three compounds were separated and identified from crude and honey processed A.contorta,accounting for over 90% of the total volatile oil.A.contorta processed by honey produced new compounds,while the content of some compounds was changed.Conclusion: The method is reliable,stable and has good repeatability.This method can be applied to the analysis of volatile oil components in A.contorta.It will provide certain scientific proof for further evaluation of A.contorta quality.
