海金护卫散微粉对小鼠抗炎及镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的:考察海金护卫散微粉对小鼠的抗炎及镇痛效果。方法:实验小鼠分为6组:空白组,阿司匹林(1.4 g.kg-1)组,海金护卫散普通粉(1.5 g.kg-1),海金护卫散微粉(4.5,3.0,1.5 g.kg-1)组,连续ig 7 d,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察抗炎作用;采用热板法和扭体法观察对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:海金护卫散微粉对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制作用明显,呈现出随剂量增加而增强的趋势。与海金护卫散普通粉相当;与阿司匹林相当。海金护卫散微粉能使小鼠痛阈值提高,舔足次数减少;使小鼠扭体潜伏期延长,扭体次数减少。表明海金护卫散微粉具有明显的镇痛作用,与海金护卫散普通粉相当。结论:海金护卫散微粉对小鼠具有抗炎镇痛作用。Objective：To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in mice of Haijin Huwei San mi-cro-powder.Method： The model of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice was used to observe the anti-inflam-matory effects.Analgesic effect of Haijin Huwei San micro-powder was investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice.Result： Haijin Huwei San micro-powder could reduce the degree of tumefaction in auricle,with dose-dependent manner.Could reach the similar effect compared with Haijin Huwei San normal powder and as-pirin.The micro-powder Showed analgesia effect demostrated by hot plate method and stretching method,It’s analge-sic effect was the same to Haijin Huwei San normal powder.Conclusion： It indicates that Haijin Huwei San micro-powder has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice.
