摘  要:目的:采用与造模同步的给药方法,观察参芪肺宝对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)"肺气虚证"模型形成的影响。方法:采用烟熏复合木瓜蛋白酶雾化吸入法复制大鼠COPD"肺气虚证"模型,造模同时开始ig参芪肺宝12,6 g.kg-1,连续60 d,观察各组大鼠的一般情况、症状体征、支气管及肺组织病理改变,大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果:参芪肺宝可改善COPD"肺气虚证"大鼠全身及呼吸系统症状,能显著改善COPD大鼠支气管、肺组织损伤程度。与模型组比较,参芪肺宝高剂量组使"肺气虚证"大鼠血清MDA显著降低(P<0.05);参芪肺宝高、低剂量组血清SOD活性无显著性变化。结论:参芪肺宝有保护气道黏膜,减轻肺损伤的作用,能降低血清MDA含量,可在一定程度上阻止"肺气虚证"模型的形成。Objective:To investigate the influence of Shenqi Feibao on rat model of chronic pulmonary dis-ease(COPD)and Qi Deficiency.Moethod:Wistar rat was employed in the study.COPD with Qi deficiency model was estbablished by smoke inhalation combined with papnin administration.Shenqi Feibao treatment was carried out meanwhile as the model was establishing.Two dose groups were designed as 12 and 6 g.kg-1 daily for 60 days.The general conditions,the changes in bronchial and lung and serum SOD,MDA of the rats were observed and deter-mined.Rsult:Shenqi Feibao could improve the systemic and respiratory conditions for the model rats,alleviate the injury in bronchina and lung tissues siginficantly,The high dose of the alleviate the injury in brochinal and lung tis-sues significantly.The high dose of the drug could significantly decrease MDA level compared with that of the model group(P 0.05).However,the level of SOD in the treatment groups did not change significantly compared with that of the model.Conclusion:Shenqi Feibao has the effect of protectiong airway mucosa,alleviatiing the injury in lung,and decreasing the serum level of MDA.So,to some degree,it may prevent the development of Qi deficiency.
