八宝哮咳散合六味地黄丸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘35例

摘　　要：目的:观察八宝哮咳散合六味地黄丸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:35例CVA患者均口服八宝哮咳散和六味地黄丸进行治疗。结果:35例CVA患者中,临床治愈23例,显效9例,好转2例,无效1例,总有效率为97.1%。结论:八宝哮咳散合六味地黄丸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,具有很好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。Objective：Toinvestigate the clinical effects on the tratment for cough variant asthma（CVA）by Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan.Method：Thirty-five patients suffered from cough variant asthma were re-ceived the treatment of Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan.Result：Among the 35 CVA patients,23 cases were clinically cured,9 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was non-effective.The total ef-fective rate was 97.1%.Conclusion：Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan is a very effective therapy for the treatment of cough variant asthma.
