摘　　要：壁虎对许多病症疗效确切,特别对肿瘤有独特的疗效,已引起国内外学者的重视并进行了大量的研究。本文就壁虎抗肿瘤的基础实验研究现状及其药理机制进行了综述,并对壁虎抗肿瘤研究作了进一步展望。Gecko is effective to cure many diseases with little toxicity,especially has a unique effect in cu-ring tumor.For its excellent effect,scholars both at home and abroad showed great interests in this reasearching field and have done a substantial amount of research.This paper has reviewed in Gecko anti-tumor action and its pharma-cological mechanism,and makes prospects of research in Gecko anti-tumor action.
