摘　　要：中药注射剂不良反应病例报道逐渐增多,中药注射剂的安全性问题,引起了政府、企业、医生、患者以及社会其他人员的质疑和空前关注。建立准确、早期、快速的中药过敏反应检测方法势在必行。本文综述了筛选中药注射剂中致敏物质的体内和体外方法,为探求过敏原,选择高效、灵敏的致敏检测方法,提高准确率,解决中药注射剂的不良反应,保证临床安全用药提供有益的参考。Reported cases of adverse reaction of Chinese medicine injection has gradually increased.Safety issues for traditional Chinese medicine injection is questioned and unprecedented attention by the government,busi-ness,doctors,patients and rest of the society.It is imperative to establish an accurate,early,rapid detection meth-od for Chinese medicine allergic reaction.Screening allergenic substances in traditional Chinese medicine injection by in vivo and in vitro method is reviewed in this paper.These methods can provides a useful reference in exploring the allergen,selecting efficient sensitive detection of allergens,increasing the accuracy to resolve adverse effects of Chinese medicine injections and ensuring the clinical safety of drugs.
