摘 要:细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋是我国冶金行业研究开发的强度髙、延性好的新型热轧钢筋,其抗拉屈服强度标准值为500MPa。通过25组75个直径8~25mm的细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固试件的拔出试验,分析了混凝土强度、锚固长度、钢筋直径、保护层厚度、横向配箍率等因素对细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固性能的影响。结果表明,细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋在混凝土中的锚固性能与普通热轧带肋钢筋基本相同,其用于混凝土结构中的设计锚固长度仍可按现行GB50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》的规定计算,为细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋的工程应用提供了依据。Hot rolled ribbed bars of fine grains are new type of steel bars with high strength and good ductility,its characteristic value of yielding strength is 500 MPa.Experiment in bond-anchorage of the new re-bars was performed through 25 groups(75 pieces) of pull-out specimens,the main factors that affect the bond-anchorage strength such as the strength of concrete,the development length of bars,the diameter of bars,the cover thickness of concrete and the transverse steel ratio were analyzed.The results show that the bond-anchorage property of hot rolled ribbed bars of fine grains in concrete is almost the same as the common hot rolled ribbed bars,the anchorage development length of the new re-bars can be designed with the stipulations in Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010—2002).This proposal may be as a reference for the applications of hot rolled ribbed bars of fine grains in projects.
