摘 要:通过对低碳氮比(C/N)的蛋鸡粪与蔗渣好氧堆肥研究,旨在探讨充分利用蔗渣资源开展蛋鸡粪资源化利用的现实性与可行性。试验将蛋鸡粪与蔗渣混合制成C/N比值分别为17.88和13.94的两个处理组,好氧堆肥,测定6周堆肥过程中堆体温度、物料C/N、水溶性碳、水溶性氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、全钾、总磷含量的变化。结果表明:2个堆体温度都能快速升至50℃以上,并维持3周,但C/N17.88组更快升至60℃并在此温度维持时间较长,同时加快了物料铵态氮向硝态氮转化,相对缩短了物料腐熟时间;C/N13.94组铵态氮较高,pH值也高,N素损失较多,延长了腐熟时间;蔗渣可导致堆肥物料可利用碳少。分析表明,在减少N素损失和提高蔗渣降解率的措施下,低C/N的蛋鸡粪与蔗渣好氧堆肥在生产上具可行性。The main objective of this study were to investigate the effects of low C/N ratio on the aerobic composting of layer manure added by cane trash. It was expected to provide a practical support for layer manure management. C/N ratios of 17.88 and 13.94 were designed and two aerobic composting piles were prepared consisting of layer manure mixed with cane trash in the experiment. The composting samples were collected on day 0,7,14,21,28,35 and 42 for measurement of the principal physical and chemical parameters i.e.,temperature,total organic matter,total nitrogen,C/N ratio. The results showed that the temperature of the piles rapidly rose over 50 ℃ and maintained for 3 weeks. Pile temperature rapidly rose up to 60 ℃ and maintained for a longer time in higher C/N ratio group (17.88). Moreover,ammonia-N rapidly changed into nitrate-N and shorter the period to maturity in higher C/N ratio group (17.88). Low C/N ratio (13.94)resuhed in a high ammonium nitrogen,pH value,nitrogen loss and maturity period. In addition,cane trash resulted in less available carbon. This demonstrated that low C/N mixture had some certain feasibility in view of the aerobic composting cooperated with layer manure and cane trash,if loss of nitrogen reduced and degradable cane trash increased.
