摘 要:用熔融淬冷法制备了Dy3+/Tm3+共掺(100-x)(0.8GeS2-0.2Ga2S3)-xPbI2(mol%,x=5,10,15,20)系列玻璃样品,测试了样品热稳定性、折射率、吸收光谱、近红外及中红外荧光光谱,研究了Tm3+浓度和PbI2含量对样品中红外发光特性的影响。在Dy3+/Tm3+共掺样品中,随着PbI2含量的增加,降低了样品中[S3(Ga)Ge-Ge(Ga)S3]类乙烷结构单元的数量,从而提高了Tm3+:3F4→Dy3+:6H11/2能量传递效率,增强了中红外荧光输出。计算了0.3 wt%Dy3+/0.6 wt%Tm3+共掺64GeS2-16Ga2S3-20PbI2玻璃在2 933和4 315 nm处的发射截面值eσmi分别为2.23×10-20cm2和1.35×10-20cm2。研究结果表明,GeS2-Ga2S3-PbI2硫卤玻璃有望成为光纤放大器及中红外激光器的候选材料。A serials of Dy3+/Tm3+-codoped(100-x)(0.8GeS2-0.2Ga2S3)-xPbI2(x=5,10,15 and 20,in mol) chalcohalide glasses were synthesized by melt-quenching technique and the properties of glass samples including thermal stability,absorption spectra,near-and mid-infrared fluorescence were measured.The effects of Tm3+ and PbI2 contents on the mid-infrared fluorescence properties of glasses were investigated.In the Dy3+/Tm3+-codoped glasses,the amount of ethanelike units [S3(Ga)Ge-Ge(Ga)S3] is diminished with the increase of PbI2,so the energy transfer efficiency of Tm3+:3F4 to Dy3+:6H11/2 is improved and the mid-infrared emission is enhanced.The emission cross sections(σemi) of the 2 933 nm and 4 315 nm fluorescences are estimated to be 2.23×10-20 cm2 and 1.35×10-20 cm2,respectively for the 0.3 wt% Dy3+ and 0.6 wt% Tm3+-codoped 64GeS2-16Ga2S3-20PbI2 glasses.These novel chalcohalide glasses may become promising candidate materials for fiber-amplifers and mid-infrared laser devices.
