摘  要:采用形态鉴别、粉末鉴别、薄层鉴别、HPLC 4种方法,从形态、显微、理化等方面对雪山鼠尾草(Salviaevansiana Hand.-Mazz.)和丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)2种植物进行比较研究.结果表明:与丹参相比,雪山鼠尾草的植株、叶、花等多个部位与丹参不同,其粉末中不含石细胞结构,导管较大,薄层鉴别显示出不同的斑点数,HPLC检测表明雪山鼠尾草中丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.0812%,丹参素未检出.综合运用这4种方法能清楚地区分雪山鼠尾和丹参;雪山鼠尾草作丹参药用的可行性有待商榷.Pharmacognostic characteristics between Salvia evansiana and S.miltiorrhiza were assessed based on morphologic identification,microscopic identification,thin-layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results demonstrated that,compared with S.miltiorrhiza,S.evansiana showed some differences in morphological traits of plants height,foliage and flower,etc,and there was no sclereid but larger vessels in its root powder.On the TLC plate,there were different numbers of spots on the extracts of the two species.HPLC analysis showed that the content of tanshinone ⅡA in S.evansiana was 0.0812%,which did not reach the amount stated by The Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2005),whereas Danshensu was not detected.Therefore,S.evansiana and S.miltiorrhiza can be clearly distinguished by the four methods mentioned above.The results over indicate also that S.evansiana may not be used as S.miltiorrhiza.
