摘 要:对甘肃陇南地区早成线出现的低频振荡现象进行了描述,基于电力系统综合分析程序对陇南电网进行了小干扰计算,通过对比不同运行情况下电力系统稳定器投入和退出小干扰计算结果,得出结论:若发电机机组的PSS参数设置不合理,不仅起不到抑制低频振荡的作用,反而会进一步削减系统的阻尼,使系统更容易发生低频振荡。建议位于网架变化较大电网的发电机组,重新进行发电机组的参数测试,并进行系统联调试验,得出最佳的电力系统稳定器参数,保证电网安全稳定运行。Low frequency oscillation phenomenon of Longnan district in Gansu Province is described. Small signal stability of Longnan district is calculated by using power system analysis software package. Comparison among different results with or without power system stabilizer shows that if the power system stabilizer parameters are not set properly, the power system stabilizer will not restrain the low frequency oscillation, on the contrary, it will decrease the power system damping factor and increase the chance of oscillation. For generators located in the grid with constant structure change, it is recommended that generator test and the district united control test need to be performed to get optimal power system stabilizer parameter and to ensure power system operation safety and stability.
