摘　　要：异帕米星作为新一代氨基糖苷类药物,具有抗菌谱广、杀菌活性强、酶稳定性好及毒性低等特点,与同类品种相比具有较明显的优势,临床实践也证实该药治疗各种感染尤其是泌尿系统感染疗效显著。本文简要综述本品的药理作用特点、临床应用和安全性等问题。As a new generation of aminoglycosides antibiofics, isepamicin is of better pharmacological profile including broad antimicrobial spectrum, stronger bactericidal activity, stability to enzymes and low toxicity compared with other aminoglycosides. Clinical application has also proved that isepamicin is an effective antibiotic in the treatment of various infections, especially for urinary system infection.
