基于收益率比较法的塔东铁矿开采方案选择

摘　　要：方案比选的方法较多,有项目净现值比较法、净年值比较法、差额投资内部收益率法、费用现值比较法、费用年值比较法等。对于矿山开采方案比选,由于各方案服务年限、生产规模不一致,差额投资内部收益率法比较适合。针对塔东铁矿3个开采方案,采用差额投资内部收益率法对方案进行比选优化,认为露天与地下联合开采最优。There are lots of comparing and selecting methods for determining mining program, such as comparison methods of project net present value, net annual value ,differential investment internal rate of return, present value of cost, and annual cost etc. For the comparing and selecting of mining program, the method of the differential investment internal rate of return was suitable because of different service life and production capacity. For three different mining proposals for Tadong Iron Mine, the joint of open-cast and underground mining is optimal through comparing and selecting with the method of differential investment internal rate of return.
