摘　　要：e-Research的发展,正在改变研究人员查找、分析、管理、共享、保存和再利用数据的方式。本文在介绍e-Research概念和技术的基础上,提出图书馆要在三个方面开展工作应对变化,即构建图书馆网格资源共享环境、根据VRE模式对馆藏资源进行数字化建设和建设图书馆机构信息库。The development of e-Research is changing the ways of the researchers to find,analyze,manage,share,save nd reuse the data.How to take corresponding countermeasures to the changes in library ？ Based on introducing the concept and technology of e-Research this paper points out that we should work in three aspects,namely building sharing environment of library network resource,according to VRE model building collections of digital resources and library management database.
