摘　　要：本文就当前图书馆文献资料供需紧张的新形势,重新对过刊价值进行定位,发掘过刊资源的意义。According to the new situation of growing tension between supply and demand of library literature after the current international financial crisis this paper discusses how to evaluate the outdated periodical once again and the meaning to develop outdated periodical resource,and find a way out facing the challenge by in-depth analysis of sufficient facts and data.
