摘　　要：本文借鉴企业管理理论与实践经验,探讨了运用"5S"和"共好"管理理念构建高校图书馆和谐群体关系的方法与途径。To construct harmonious relation in academic library is an important part in the construction of harmonious campus,is the premise and assurance to improve the quality of information service and the development of library work in academic.The author draws the lessons from the theory and practice of enterprise management,discusses the method of the construction of harmonious academic library and harmonious group with the theory of ＂5S＂ and ＂Gung Ho＂ in following aspects：to make the effective role,to construct an unity and powerful team,to optimize the librarian behavior,improve the librarian cultivation and work technique,to guide and regular the reader behavior,to build a civilization and harmonious reading environment.
