高效液相色谱法测定蒿鳖养阴软坚方中丹酚酸B的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定蒿鳖养阴软坚方中丹酚酸B的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-1.5%甲酸溶液（21∶79）,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B在11.28~90.24μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.3%。结论该法简便,灵敏度高,稳定可靠,可用于产品的质量控制。Purpose To establish a method using HPLC for determination of salvianolic acid B in Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian Recipe.Methods The analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1.5% formic acid(21∶79).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was set at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 286 nm.Results The linear range was 11.28-90.24 μg/mL(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 101.8% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion The method was accurate,sensitive,reproducible and reliable.It could be used for quantitative control of Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian Recipe.
