完善医疗责任保险运行模式的探讨

摘　　要：医疗责任保险对于促进医患和谐,维护医患双方合法利益,促进医学发展有着重要意义。然而目前福州市的医疗责任保险的运行情况却不容乐观。文章从保险运行存在的问题入手,提出效仿机动车交通事故责任强制保险,建立医疗责任强制保险制度,合理设计保险方案,实现医疗风险的社会共担。Objective：Medical liability insurance system is significant to promote harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,protect their interests, and push forward medical sciences. But the status of medical liability insurance system in Fuzhou is not optimistic. Considering the problems of medical liability insurance system, countermeasure of estahlishing medical liability compulsory insurance system was put forward, which followed the example of traffic accident liability compulsory insurance,to achieve social sharing of medical risk by making reasonable insurance program.
