摘　　要：公共卫生项目经常需要正确鉴别受益人群,以提高卫生资源利用的公平性。通过介绍以某一地理区域作为整体来鉴别受益人群(Geographical Targeting)的方法在公共项目中的应用,探讨其对我国公共卫生项目的借鉴意义。Objective：It is always required to identify targeting population being benefited from public health program, which is aimed to improve the equity of utilizing health resources. By introducing the application of geographical targeting in relevant public programs, its significance of applying in public health program was discussed.
