摘　　要：目的:探讨郑州市民现场急救知识的掌握现状及影响因素。方法:采用自设《现场急救知识问卷》及现场抽样访谈,对郑州市592名市民进行调查。结果:郑州市民目前对现场急救知识掌握较薄弱,其影响因素包括:获得急救知识信息来源、实践机会、年龄阶段等。结论:应有针对性地加强市民现场急救实践能力,通过政策引导建立规范统一的急救培训模式。Abstract Objective To study the knowledge of first aid on field of 592 cases of citizens in Zhengzhou and its influencing factors. Methods 59：2 cases of residents were sampled and investigated by self - made questionnaire of the knowledge of first aid on field and interviewed. Results The knowledge of first aid on field of citizens in Zhengzhou was poor. Its influencing factors included the sources of obtaining first aid knowledge, practice opportunity, ages, and so on. Conclusion The residents＇ practical ability to first aid on field should be strengthened. And guided by the policies, a standard and unified training mode on first aid should to be established.
