森林资源资产评估收费问题的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了当前我国森林资源资产评估机构类型、评估收费情况及出现的问题,并提出解决收费中有关问题时,必须贯彻2009年国家物价局、国家国有资产管理局颁布实施的《资产评估收费管理办法》,森林资源资产评估收费也必须适应这一制度改革,调整过去单一的收费类型,对森林资产评估收费实行政府指导价和市场调节价相结合。The charge of forest resources assets evaluation is an important problem of the roundly promotion the collective-owned forestry property reform,which effects healthy development of our country forest assets management.The Management Directions on Assets Appraisal Charge from the State Price Bureau and the State-owned Assets Management Commission took effect in 2009.The charge of forest resources assets evaluation must be reformed to adapt to it and adjust single charge type past.The government guiding price and market price should be used for it.
