日立磁共振组装机与原装机的操作性能对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨国内组装日立0.3T开放式永磁型Airis Vento(简称组装机)与日立原装0.3T Airisii同类磁共振设备(简称原装机)在操作性能上的差别。方法按GCP原则筛选志愿者,按照随机表对240例志愿者分别用组装机和原装机进行扫描,然后对两组机器扫描中软件操作性能、电动床动作、医患对讲系统、患者紧急呼唤、门控等操作性能进行评价和比较。结果两者操作性能无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论组装机在操作等各方面指标均不比原装机差,但成本远低于原装机,故能有效降低医院成本,有利于磁共振设备在国内的推广。Objective To explore the operational performance between the native Hitachi pkg open configuration permanent magnet Airis Vento of 0.3 T and the Hitachi original 0.3T AIRISII machine Methods To scan 240 volunteers on the two kinds of Magnetic machines respectively based on the GCP,and to evaluate and compare the software operational performance,the electric bed movement,the talking back system between the doctors and the patients,the urgent breath of patients,the triggering system of both of the machines.Results The operational system of the two kinds of machines has no significant difference.Conclusion The native Hitachi pkg open configuration permanent magnet Airis Vento of 0.3 T is not worse than the Hitachi original 0.3T AIRISII machine.It can be generalizated domestically for that it can reduce the cost and the investment of the hospital.
