摘 要:综掘工作面高瓦斯、高粉尘严重威胁生命和生产安全,通过对水力疏松注水影响因素的分析,确定适合2233/2238掘进工作面水力疏松措施的技术工艺和合理注水参数,考察了确定参数下的注水效果,得出水力疏松措施有利于加快工作面瓦斯排放、软化煤体、降低工作面粉尘浓度、降低预测校检指标及提高巷道掘进速度等,提高了掘进工作面的安全性及工作环境质量。The high gassy and high dust at the mine fully mechanized heading face would be serious threats against the life and mine safety production.With the analysis on the influence factors of the hydraulic relaxing and water injection,the technical technique and the rational water injection parameters of the hydraulic relaxing measures were determined for No.2233/2238 gateway driving face,the water injection effect with the parameters determined was investigated.The hydraulic relaxing measures could speed up the gas releasing of the coal mining face,soften the coal mass,reduce the dust density of the coal mining face,reduce the predicted proof index and improve the heading speed and achievement of the mine gateway,as well as improve the safety and working environment quality of the heading face.
