摘 要:针对鑫龙煤业公司选煤厂煤泥水难处理的问题,采用X射线衍射和筛分试验对该煤泥水进行了性质分析,并通过沉降试验对其絮凝沉降问题进行了分析研究,探讨煤泥水性质和药剂添加对沉降特性的影响机制,为工业处理方法提供参考。实验结果表明:该煤泥水浓度高,粒度细,粘土矿物含量高,负电性强,这些特点决定了其难沉降性。需采用先加凝聚剂后加絮凝剂的混凝沉降,凝聚剂和絮凝剂的用量需要实验确定,生产实践中可以考虑两段浓缩,以降低溢流水浓度及节约药剂。According to the difficult processing problem of the slurry water in a coal preparation plant,the X ray diffraction and the screening test was applied to analyze the properties of the slurry water.The settling test was applied to analyze and study the flocculation settling problem.The paper discussed the influence mechanism of the slurry properties and the additives to the settling features for the references of the industrial processing method.The experiment results showed that the slurry water would have a high density,fine particles,high clay mineral content and high negative electricity and those features would settle the difficult settlement.The coagulation settling would be required first with the coagulant and then with flocculant.The dosages of the coagulant and the flocculant should be set up with the experiments.The two stage concentrations could be considered in the production practices in order to reduce the overflow density and to save the consumption of the dosages.
