摘　　要：公平分配是构建社会主义和谐社会的重中之重。进行公平分配,必须在理性分析公平分配各种现实障碍的基础上,建立有利于公平分配的运行机制。总体而言,实现公平分配需要建立公平分配的保障机制、公平分配的惩戒机制以及公平分配的调节机制。The equitable distribution is an important task of building a harmonious society of socialism.It is necessary for the equitable harmonious distribution to establish its operating mechanism on the basis of rational analysis on the obstacles of the equitable distribution.In a word,there are three operating mechanisms of the equitable distribution as follows：the ensuring mechanism of the equitable distribution,the punishing mechanism of the equitable distribution and the regulating mechanism of the equitable distribution.
