摘　　要：从应用范围、技术性能和理论研究等方面介绍了近年来国内外湿度计量标准装置和测量仪器的研究进展及存在问题,并对下一步的发展趋势作了预测。The international research progress and the problem existing of the humidity measuring standard apparatus and instruments in the near years from the aspect of application area,technical performance and theoretical study was introduced and the trend was predicted.
