摘　　要：我国是一个农业大国,农产品物流在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。目前,我国农产品物流尚处于初级阶段,农产品流通体系还比较落后,农产品流通环节过多,物流技术水平低,物流成本高,农产品流通信息不畅。为推动农产品供应链体系进行一体化资源整合,优化组织与组织之间的运作,使之近似于组织内部的运作,实现整体效益的合理化、最大化,应运用供应链一体化思想,对农产品物流进行集成式管理,构建供应链一体化的农产品物流模式,推动农产品生产环节的集成、流通环节的集成以及生产与流通环节的供应链一体化集成。进而在生产层上,有效引导农民以合作社的方式、公司的方式组织起来,参与农产品生产、加工,促进农民增收;在流通层上,借助中介组织极大地提高农产品物流质量与效率,解决经济过剩条件下的需求不畅问题;在消费层上,通过多种方式促进农产品商品价值的实现,降低物流成本。China is a big agricultural country in which agricultural product logistics plays an important role in national economic development.At present,the development of China＇s agricultural product logistics is still in the primary stage with such problems as the backward agricultural product distribution system,the excessive links in agricultural product distribution,the low level of logistic technology,the high cost of logistics and the not smooth information flow of agricultural product distribution.To promote the integration of agricultural product supply chain system,optimize the operation among organizations,and realize the rationalization and maximization of the integrated profit,we should apply the thought of supply chain integration to reality,integrate management in agricultural product logistics,construct an integrated pattern agricultural product logistics,promote the integration of different links in agricultural production,the integration of links in distribution and the supply chain integration of links in production and distribution.So,in terms of production,we should effectively guide the farmers to participant in the production and processing of agricultural product in the form of cooperatives and companies to increase the farmers＇ income;in terms of distribution and with the help of intermediaries,we should improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural product logistics to solve the problem of inefficient demand in the light of economic surplus;and in terms of consumption,we should promote the realization of commodity value to decrease the cost of logistics.
