摘  要:探讨节能型多通道烘缸的结构及工作原理,指出多通道烘缸用于纸机干燥部可以减少烘缸内冷凝水量,有效地解决烘缸积水问题。从理论上对节能型多通道烘缸的传热机理进行了分析,并用数值模拟的方法对理论分析进行验证。结果表明:节能型多通道烘缸可以有效地提高烘缸传热效率,增加纸机单位时间产量,理论分析和数值模拟为多通道烘缸的结构设计提供了理论基础,但其结构仍需要在实际生产中验证与优化。After discussing the structure and working principle of the energy-efficient multi-channel dryer, the multi-channel dryer in paper machine dryer section can be effective in reducing the amount of water condensation, and effective in dealing with the water condensation problems. This paper analyzed the heat transfer mechanism of the multi-channel energy-saving in theory and verified the theoretical analysis with numerical simulation method. The results showed that: energy-efficient multi-channel dryer could effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency, and increase the output of the papermaking machine, but for the special structure of the multi-channel dryer, it could increase the manufacturing costs, while the surface temperature of the dryer is uniform. We need to do further research and improvement
