木素的分离提纯及作为水处理剂的应用效果

摘　　要：木素是植物纤维的重要组分和造纸黑液污染的主要成分,来源丰富。木素具有优良的理化特性,将其改性后作为水处理剂,具有充分利用资源和高效治理废水的双重意义。本文对木素絮凝剂、缓蚀剂、阻垢剂和分散剂等的不同合成方法及应用效果进行了探讨,认为木素水处理剂的研究、利用具有很好的经济效益和发展前景。Lignin is abundant resource because it is a main component of plant fiber and pollution composition of black liquids of papermaking. Modified lignin is used as wastewater treatment agents, which will be important in both resources utilization and wastewater disposal, for its fine physical and chemical property. In this paper, different extract ways, modified ways and applied effect of lignin based flocculant, corrosion inhibition agents, scale inhibition agents and dispersant has been researched. It is thought to be of great significance to study its application because it can improve the value of lignin and reduce the pollution of papermaldng. The apphcation of lignin could have wide application foreground and economic benefits.
