摘  要:利用白腐菌对一段挤压疏解的速生杨木片进行预处理,研究处理前后原料的质量损失、主要化学成分的变化和对纸浆性能的影响。实验结果表明:处理12d后原料失重6.48%,纤维素、聚戊糖和木素的含量分别降低了4.31%、1.87%和2.44%。处理后制浆废液的CODCr含量从48400mg·L-1下降到43200mg·L-1。在同一打浆转数下,成浆的打浆度、强度性能均高于未处理浆,且打浆能耗降低。纸浆的白度和不透明度有所下降。Poplar chips of the first stage MSD screwed were treated by white-rot fungi, and effects of white-rot fungi pretreatment on the weight loss of chips material, the chemical components of chips and APMP pulp properties of fast-growing poplar were studied. The results showed that the weight loss of chips material pretreated by whlte-rot fungi for 12 days was 6.48%, the content of cellulose hemiceUulose and lignin decreased by 4.31%, 1.87% and 3.46%, respectively.'Ihe CODcr of waste liquor declined from 48 400mg.L-1 to 43 200mg.L-1. Compared with unpretreated pulp by white-rot fungi at the same PFI beating revolution, the beating degree ofpretreated pulp increased, which meant the pretreated pulp required less beating energy, and the strength properties of pretreated pulp increased, and the brightness and opacity ofpretreated pulp decreased slightly.
