摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法:50例患者给予丹红注射液治疗后2个疗程末对自觉症状、疼痛程度、超声测股动脉总流量和踝肱指数进行测评,观察治疗前后变化。结果:自觉症状明显好转、疼痛程度减轻、股动脉血流量增加、踝肱指数无明显变化。结论:丹红注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症有较好效果。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Danhong injection in treating patients with arterial occlusive disorder of low extremity.Methods： Totally 50 patients were treated with Danhong injection for 2 courses.The changes in clinical symptoms,pain,ultrasound measurement of arterial blood flow and ankle-brachial index measurement were observed before and after treatment.Results： The total subjective symptoms were significantly improved,and the pain level and arterial blood flow was increased.However,the ankle brachial index did not change significantly.Conclusion： Danhong injection has superior efficacy in the treatment of arterial occlusive disorder of low extremity.
