摘  要:目的:制备更昔洛韦药物树脂缓释微囊。方法:用三元相图优化乳化-溶剂挥发法的溶剂系统,对微囊的制备工艺及处方进行单因素考察,使用均匀设计优化处方;用Nicomp TM380粒径仪测量微囊的粒径。结果:更昔洛韦药物树脂缓释微囊的最佳制备处方为:乳化体系为液体石蜡∶脂肪酸山梨坦-80∶丙酮(4∶1∶3);药物树脂与囊材的比例为(5.5∶1);包衣液RS100浓度为8%;增塑剂浓度为5%。结论:制备出的微囊具有良好缓释效果,12 h的累积释放量达90%以上,微囊颗粒较均匀和圆整,粒径在15~20μm之间。Objective: To prepare ganciclovir-resinate sustained microcapsules.Methods: The solvent system of emulsion-solvent diffusion method was optimized by ternary phase diagram;the single factor of preparation technology and formulation of microcapsule were studied;the formulation was optimized by uniform design.The particle size of microcapsules was measured by Nicomp TM380 grain-size instrument.Results: The optimal ratio of solvent system included liquid paraffin-span80-acetone(4∶1∶3);the ration of drug-resin and capsule materials was 5.5∶1;the concentration of RS 100 was 8%;the concentration of plasticizer was 5%.Conclusion: The release of microcapsules is satisfactory,and its cumulative release within 12 h is more than 90%.The particles of microcapsule are homogeneous and round,and the particle size is between 15 μm and 20 μm.
