摘　　要：目的:促进医院静脉药物配置工作发展,保证患者用药安全。方法:从规范配置操作、设计配液管理程序、规范配置医嘱、与临床加强沟通和交流等方面对我院静脉药物配置中心的工作进行总结。结果与结论:管理者的支持、严谨的规章制度、规范的操作方法、适合实际情况的工作流程、药师自身素质的提高等对配置中心工作的发展起着不容忽视的作用;药师应经常与医师、护士及患者交流,发挥其临床服务作用。OBJECTIVE： To promote the development of PIVAS in hospital, and to ensure the safety of drug use in patients. METHODS： The practice of PIVAS in our hospital in recent years was summarized in respect of standardizing dispensary operation, designing mixture management process, standardizing dispensary medical order, enhancing clinical communication, etc. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： In the development of P1VAS, it is very important to get the support of the leader, establish strict rules and regulations, execute standardized operation, run practical work flow, and improve the professional quality of pharmacists. Pharmacists should often communicate with doctors, nurses and patients, and play their role in a broader space.
