摘　　要：对传统集控运行模式的不足之处进行了分析与总结,指出大集控运行模式的主要特征,对新型运行模式下监控系统报警信息优化、状态检修信息平台构建两个关键问题进行了探索,并介绍了大集控运行模式的初步实践情况。Some disadvantages of traditional centralized control operational mode are summarized. Main characteristics of big centralized control are pointed out. And two key issues such as optimization of alarming signals, construction of conditiowbased maintenance information platform are analyzed in details. Preliminary practice of the new operation mode are introduced.
