摘　　要：美国金融市场及与之相互依存的美国金融教育,一直是世界各国金融及其高等教育的典范。然而,这次金融危机凸显出美国金融理论及教育有其不容忽视的局限和弊端。金融危机呼唤新理论的出现,要求新的理论指导新的金融教育及其实践。我国应对渐趋西方化的金融人才培养有一个全新的通盘考量,高校的金融教学应宏观微观并重,应辩证地掌握必要的金融模型,切勿迷信,更不能过度依赖金融模型。It＇s well-known that the mature American financial market and its financial education is the quintessence for other countries and their financial higher education.However the financial crisis unmasked the limitation and disadvantages of American financial theory and its education.Then a new theory is needed to guide the new financial education and its practice.A new consideration should be taken to confront the westernized financial talent cultivation.For the financial teaching in colleges,macroscopic and microscopic views should be equally stressed,and necessary financial modes should be grasped dialectically,without blind faith or excessive dependence.
